I have a flare up of gout in my left ankle, affecting the joint, toe and achilles tenon. My neck is also very stiff making movements difficult. Both of these issues very painful and are making it hard to sleep and get rest. It seems like there have been attacks that are happening continually with health. I pray for relief and healing.
