It is temporary but still very difficult

I pray my teenage son goes to Youth group and finds other Christian friends who can help to restore and revive his diminished faith. That he receives God’s wisdom, especially when it comes to who he hangs out with. That he becomes on fire for the Lord again and even more so than before, that the enemy loses its grip on him and he fully comes back to God forever. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

My brother Steven had a heart attack at work and paramedics were successful in bringing him back to life and again in the ambulance on the way to the hospital. I praise God for bringing him back to his wife and two sons who still live at home. We have now found out he has a very aggressive bladder cancer. He needs surgery but is on blood thinners for his heart. They are afraid if they take him off the thinners for surgery he will have another heart attack. Please pray for wisdom for doctors, for another miracle of healing, for comfort for his wife and sons, and for peace and salvation for Steven.

I have a flare up of gout in my left ankle, affecting the joint, toe and achilles tenon. My neck is also very stiff making movements difficult. Both of these issues very painful and are making it hard to sleep and get rest. It seems like there have been attacks that are happening continually with health. I pray for relief and healing. Lately and for a long time now; I feel like every day is a battle. Whether it’s with my spouse and children, or some things at work. I’m struggling to keep it together. I feel like I have no support from her and we are always arguing.
I was on anti depressants for 3 months but they were making me nauseous. I felt they were helping my mood but unfortunately, the feeling sick and dizzy was too much.
Please pray that I can grow close to God again. I feel like he is far away even though I know that’s not true. I feel like the enemy is attacking my spirit and winning. Also needing prayer for my admittedly controlling tendencies that have caused me to be impatient and angry when things don’t go my way.

I’m Ashley. My mum seems to have been sick with the flu. My dad’s sick in other ways. Hope my dad I and I don’t get flu. My family needs new van, as current van's very old. I use medical scooter, which I hope keeps working. I’m going to have physio appointment but hope it isn’t too soon (after 15th) nor too late either, as it’s out of town and my parents want to get out of town, long story, but my dad has medical appointments, and some need to happen sooner rather than later. My mum is ESL tutor and one student, English name Eric (don’t know Asian name) changed one of the days he wants to see her from Tuesday to Wednesday but Eric lacks being on time (the odd time he is too early, and hope he is never too early on Wednesday as another ESL student would be just before him and hope Eric understood the time with my mum). Sometimes I must speak loudly and don’t like doing it as my mum takes it wrong way (she doesn’t understand that I wasn’t being a jerk (most cases); she can’t hear me).

I’m Ashley. Hope Donald Trump begins to understand how his actions hurt people, sees the harm caused by greed and fear, realizes he’s acting unwisely, and chooses to step down for everyone’s well‑being. I have a small lump on my breast; hope it goes away. Hope my mum doesn’t give me too much heck for the next while, as I am not saying it’s not my fault, it’s partially my fault with something she forced me into that didn’t work out (one of her ideas, that may cause her to get into trouble with her job with Cambly and another thing both my parents asked me into that messed up at least a bit (something I wished Cambly allowed people to erase things people type but they don’t, as I worry about that student not seeing my mum after today, due to mistake. Hope my mum doesn’t treat me badly. Hope I don’t treat my parents badly, as I have PMS (no excuse), but it makes it harder to behave right. I hope to buy things in person and online without my parents being nosy nor interfering with it.

I’m Ashley. I pray that it doesn’t snow or rain on Sunday and Monday as I do not want my medical scooter wrecked. Hope to make it to church tomorrow, somehow. I hope that next weekend, especially on the 15th, my medical scooter still works and that I arrive at church on time and don’t leave church too early, either. My mum Glenda is sick with maybe the flu, and I hope my dad and I don’t get it or the common cold. My mum is very ill mentally, hard to explain, but she can be very controlling, at times. My dad Alan is sick physically in different ways, but I worry about my dad’s memory (he forgot where a specific street is for example), help him remember things. As for Donald Trump, help him see his greed and other errors of his ways, and get him to stepdown or get someone else to force him too stepdown, peacefully. Mark Carney, he’s a good leader but I hope he doesn’t get rid of companies like Walmart in Canada. I hope to buy somethings online without my parents interfering, as my mum (at times my dad) known to make things hard, even getting to be able to use the washroom is challenging at times.

An urgent prayer for an elderly patient named Janet, who is sick with liver cancer.
Yesterday, she vomited blood, and when we took her to the hospital, doctors found a new cancer in her stomach, in addition to what she already has in her thigh and spine.
Pray that the doctors are wrong. She will have an endoscopy on Monday—may it turn out to be nothing serious.
Lord, please save her this time as You have many times before. May she return home in health, safety, and strength. Amen.

I’m Ashley. My family was out of town and made it back home in a van with issues. It’s a miracle we made it back; one of the few good things that went right. Hope my mum Glenda doesn’t change her appointment on Thursday. Things keep going wrong today, most of it is not my fault (far as I know) I made few mistakes, lack of sleep (no excuse for actions) doesn’t help. My dad Alan has a medical appointment tomorrow, hope my dad makes it there, and hope it isn’t too serious and hope the drinks I left behind don’t expire before I return to where we were. My mum is getting stricter again and things drive her nuts more than usual, understand things driving her nuts, as things are driving me nuts too, but still worried about how hard things will be. When she is stricter and controlling and if I need to do anything that needs to be done and my mum asks for a different kind of chore, worry about getting something that’s more important done on time. I hope to still have roof over head after this. It was -50, recently!

I’m Ashley. My family is out of town, and it is very cold outside, I hope it warms up enough to travel soon, hopefully the 26th. I worry about the van stopping working in extreme cold, it is old with issues. I hope my mum Glenda doesn’t act up on the day of travelling also including how she treats my dad Alan and me. She can be a jerk, sometimes. I hope my house back at home is okay and my parents finally get the Xmas tree down as my parents refused before leaving. My mum is also known for her threats, which can happen at any given time. My parents also use God’s name in Vain a lot. I don’t remember the last time I said God’s name in Vain out loud, but they need to stop. Also, I hope the week of the 26th will be warm enough to do things. I pray that Trump gets punished for his misdeeds, especially towards females. I hope the American 25th amendment will be used against Trump and very fast. I hope Trump does get a change of heart but still needs to take responsibility for his actions.

Pray that Trump and the rest of the American government also including the Military changes their minds about taking Greenland and leave Greenland alone. I pray that Trump gets punished for his misdeeds in a peaceful manner, without war. I also hope Iran, North Korea, Russia, and everyone else who wants to harm the US doesn’t harm the US and also doesn’t cause World War 3. My mum Glenda is on my case about some things, she is right (for the most part) but at the same time she needs to look at her own actions, as she rarely takes responsibility for her actions. I am disabled, I can walk but not well, help me continue to walk, and hope my medical scooter I use currently keeps on working. Also, my mum is causing issues for my dad, Alan and he is sick, help her do better.

I am disabled, in a food desert and it is winter, so it is hard to get things. My mum is an ESL tutor, and a private student will be away for a while. I hope my mum Glenda respects me and my dad Alan more, as my mum didn’t seem to care about how dad was feeling and my mum kicked me (yesterday) off the computer as she thought I was watching cartoons, I wasn’t, she gets in weird moods a lot, where she doesn’t seem to care what we are doing (even trying to get to bed) and expects us to do a chore. I'm Ashley. I hope that Iran, Greenland, or Trump do not start World War 3. I hope that Trump changes his mind about taking Greenland. Hope that Iran and Trump have change of hearts. God, please guide Trump, Iranian leaders, and other leaders to make right choices. A contractor is coming and if he is doing anything electrical, I hope he does not cause a house fire. I hope it does not snow much, as I hope to go places on a medical scooter and that my parents not nosy or worse about it. My mum did offer for me to go out today but did not as bad idea. When it does snow, I hope the city I am at clear it very well. Things are backfiring more than usual. My mum has mental health issues and has injured arm. My dad is sick, and need has been surgery, when or if my dad get surgery, hope it turns out well. My mum has an ESL student, Ron, which is travelling soon, hope Ron gets to do something (besides sleeping) (hopefully fun) in his short stay in Korea (while heading to China) from Canada, safely.

I don’t really know what to write or what to say. My heart is tired of everything in this life.
I’m not asking for anything for myself at all. I’m only asking you to pray for, or keep in your thoughts, Janet—an elderly woman who is suffering from liver cancer and three large tumors in her spine. Now, another large tumor has appeared in her thigh, which could cause a fracture.
The doctor has stopped the liver treatment because it is no longer effective, but they will begin radiation therapy for the tumor in her thigh.
Please remember her in your prayers—that she improves, that nothing bad happens to her, and that the disease does not spread any further. God willing, there will be goodness.

I was trying to tell my mum Glenda something bad happened, but my dad told me to shut up. The next day she found out and got mad at both dad and me. At least I tried, before Dad stopped me. It was related to an order that said it was delivered buy never got. She only found out when something else with the same order number got cancelled by seller. Mum gets angry very easily and threatens me and dad with things. My dad is too stubborn and only was thinking about how angry mum would get. She would get mad anyways, but it would haven’t been as bad if my dad allowed me to speak. When dad said it was stupid, trying to tell my mum about the item that never came, I believed him, at first, as I have PMS (I do dumb things, during PMS), but this time I was the smart one, moody maybe and paranoid (with other things), but smart for once. Help me get emotionally stronger, especially during PMS, as my life now with this situation (and likely other things) is a nightmare.

Hey there, I posted a few weeks ago.
I am a 33 years old husband and father. My wife is 28 and our daughter is 3 1/2 years old. My wife is now five weeks out from giving birth to our second child .
I still haven’t heard anything about the job I’m hopeful for within my organization.
My son is due February 9 and I’m expected to be laid off on February 23rd, unless I do get a position before then.
I’m really hopeful for one particular role.
I have been praying consistently about this.
I just ask for prayer for my situation.
I successfully pre-screened for it, now I’m just waiting to find out if I will get an interview or sit down conversation with the supervisor/manager.
I ask for a prayer that God makes a way for my family. I really want this position, I really would enjoy it and I truly feel like I would flourish in it . Ultimately, I trust in the Lord with all my heart and I trust that he has a divine plan for my life.
I understand many are the plans we make as children of God ,but it’s his will that will supersede.
We’ve gone through a lot, and I just want this figured out before my son comes into this world.

Help my dad get better to get what my dad needs and get what needs to be done. Some of those things are to get some things mailed before it is too late to, and to return at least one item to a store. My mum wants to leave town on the 30th but I think that is too soon. I think very shortly after our family takes down the Christmas tree is reasonable, which I hope is very soon. Leaving trees in the house for a long time is a fire hazard. The lady to look after the house forgot to water the plants last time, we left town. Hope that things don’t badly backfire, in the near future. I hope that my medical scooter remains working, as no luck finding a new one, yet, and the small city we are going to has almost nothing, and hard to get things. I hope my parents don’t get too strict with what I can take (as to limit) as I don’t know how I am going to do it, if I must take very little, as it is winter here. I hope my mum begins to make things easier.

I start my old job in January. Pray for my career that I can be back with my old team. That I leave my current job and bad manager without any issues, with nothing derogatory in my file. I had a bad career year in 2025.
Pray for my older daughter as she just applied for Trauma Technician job, that she gets hired.

I have been going through breathing issues that is like asthma. The doctor's appointment isn't until the new year. Sometimes the breathing is a little wheezy and other times it feels more labored. Recently, I adopted a kitten and have noticed that this began not too long after giving him a new home. I have had cats my whole life and I pray that it isn't anything more serious. My partner and I are 24 and 27, and we are in the process of looking for a home to move out together for the first time. We have been together for five years, and we still don't live together due to financial issues and not being able to afford a home. We also do not want to live together in our parents' home. By the grace of God, my partner began work at a new job a few months ago, and things are going well. However, finances are still tight as I am currently not working and renting is not an option for us. Living apart is so hard for us and we want nothing more in this world than to wake up next to each other everyday in our own space filled with love and warmth. My dream is to be a stay at home mom and raise children in faith. I ask for prayers that we are able to find a comfortable home within our means to raise our future children in and finally begin our lives together. We don't need a lot, we just need to get our foot in the door and a blessed opportunity to come our way.

A weary heart ️
On this Christmas day, we ask for prayers for Janet, an elderly patient with advanced liver cancer and three large spinal tumors. Treatment is no longer effective, and the doctors have said she will receive no further care.
Nothing has helped her—neither doctors, medications, nor treatments. We pray that the Lord surrounds her with mercy, grants her health and protection, eases her pain and fatigue, fills her heart with peace, and blesses her with a long life. May she always feel His love and presence.
Even though doctors have spoken, the final word belongs to God alone. With Him, all things are possible.

Hello,
I ask for prayers for my mom. She fell and injured her back a few weeks ago. She ended up being admitted to hospital and had back surgery on December 14th. It was expected, as per the surgeon, that my mom would be up and about without issue after surgery. However, that has not been the case for her. My mom remains in a considerable amount of pain with limited mobility despite the surgery.
I ask for prayers for wisdom and discernment for the doctors. I ask for prayers for my mom as her mood is low.

I rejected my current job yesterday. Pray I can go back to my previous job without issues, and not to the energy department (another dept with a bad boss) I just came from. But I was told I may have to go to this energy department temporarily and then request another rejection to go back to my job where I was happy. Pray for Lord's full favor in this mess I have to go thru. Pray that all my derogatory paperwork gets cleaned up by my union. Pray that I get to my right job quickly, and I can do well there with my team and supervisor I used to work with, in 2024.
