My partner and I are 24 and 27, and we are in the process of looking for a home to move out together for the first time. We have been together for five years, and we still don't live together due to financial issues and not being able to afford a home. We also do not want to live together in our parents' home. By the grace of God, my partner began work at a new job a few months ago, and things are going well. However, finances are still tight as I am currently not working and renting is not an option for us. Living apart is so hard for us and we want nothing more in this world than to wake up next to each other everyday in our own space filled with love and warmth. My dream is to be a stay at home mom and raise children in faith. I ask for prayers that we are able to find a comfortable home within our means to raise our future children in and finally begin our lives together. We don't need a lot, we just need to get our foot in the door and a blessed opportunity to come our way.
