Ray of Hope demonstrates the love of Christ by investing in people, inspiring hope and transforming lives. Their Community Centre provides daily outreach to those living in homelessness in KW, and Creekside supports the work they do financially, and through fundraisers, drives, and a monthly meal team!

The Pregnancy Centre
The Pregnancy Centre provides practical resources and emotional support to those pregnant or parenting through crisis. Creekside supports TPC’s work financially, through fundraisers, drives, hosting their “Donuts for Hope” gala, and volunteering!

COMPASS Refugee Centre
COMPASS Refugee Centre is a social impact charity helping people navigate the refugee claim process and new life in Ontario. Creekside supports COMPASS financially, through our Christmas Gift Tree, and through outreach like The Big Serve!

519 Community Collective
The 519 Community Collective spreads kindness, hope and love to our most vulnerable in the Waterloo Region through a variety of programs. Creekside supports the 519 Community Collective through regular volunteer opportunities and outreach events like The Big Serve!

Sunnydale Community Centre
Sunnydale is a community of approximately 200 families living in four large townhouse complexes in the Lakeshore Village area of Waterloo. The Sunnydale Community Centre (run through the House of Friendship) strives to improve the quality of life and well-being of residents of the Sunnydale Community. Creekside supports Sunnydale through drives, fundraisers and outreach events like The Big Serve!

Adventure4Change
Adventure4Change is connected with the Sunnydale Community. They work to create a vibrant community where skills are built and connections are made that impact inspired change. Creekside supports A4C financially, through The Big Serve, and by supporting events like their annual Gingerbread Party!

Neighbourlink CK
Neighbourlink CK is a network of churches in Chatham-Kent partnered together to provide practical help to those in need by linking them to supportive volunteers or existing services. CCKC supports them through the Coldest Night of the Year campaign!

Hope Haven
Hope Haven is an organization that provides short-term, safe refuge to those experiencing homelessness and precarious housing in Chatham-Kent. CCKC supports Hope Haven through donation drives for needs like socks and hygiene items.

R.O.C.K.
R.O.C.K. addresses substance abuse in Chatham-Kent and provides various outreach programs to support people combating substance abuse. CCKC supports them through annual donation drives.

Active Lifestyles Centre
The Active Lifestyles Centre is where CCKC runs their gatherings on Sunday mornings! It is a not-for-profit organization that supports adults 50+ in Chatham-Kent through recreation and socialization. CCKC supports them by offering gardening, beautification and cleaning services on a volunteer basis!
