As I have put my car up for sale and am preparing to sell it I have discovered a new opportunity to put my trust in God. I love Him with all my heart, however, for so long I have had a vehicle to drive. I would pray in my vehicle, help people with my vehicle, and my vehicle offered a sense of freedom and even "escape" at times. I have realized that the uncertainty that comes with selling my vehicle (advertising, finding a buyer, showing the vehicle, preparing it for show, finances, and the fear that something will happen to it before the new owner takes it) has left me feeling very vulnerable and revealed that I may have put more trust, hope, and security in my car than I should have. Please pray that God becomes my peace, hope, and restoration and that in Him I am able to put my trust knowing that he will provide.
